Supplies are added at 150 SEK per month (not covered by RUT). No start-up fee, no contract period.

Fixed price

Move-out cleaning and window cleaning are priced by the size of the home. Send us the square metres and you get a fixed price with RUT deducted.

Offices and premises get a fixed monthly price after a free walk-through.

How RUT works

RUT is a Swedish tax deduction for household services. Private individuals taxed in Sweden can deduct 50% of the labour cost. We take it off the invoice and claim the rest from the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket). The cap is 75,000 SEK per person per year for RUT and ROT combined. Two people in the household can split the invoice.
